Overview Are you passionate about Avionics and driven to ensure world-class fleet performance and operational excellence?

As Specialist Avionics within our Technical Services team, you will act as a subject matter expert, delivering technical support and engineering solutions that ensure Riyadh Air’s fleet remains safe, compliant, reliable, and defect-free. You will play a critical role in optimizing operational performance and driving cost efficiency while supporting the airline’s mission to become one of the world’s greatest service brands.

In this role, you will take ownership of Avionics-related technical services including Airworthiness Directives, mandatory modifications, and service bulletin evaluations, ensuring compliance with GACA regulations and international best practices. You will build strong relationships with OEMs, MROs, and regulatory bodies, while also contributing to industry forums and introducing continuous improvement into Riyadh Air’s programs.

Your expertise will ensure seamless fleet configuration control, effective reliability monitoring, and the highest standards of airworthiness for our 787 fleet, while supporting 24 / 7 operational requirements.

About You You will bring at least 5 years of progressive experience in aircraft maintenance or engineering, with deep knowledge of Avionics systems and technical services. Operational airline experience with the Boeing 787 family is essential, alongside proven ability to manage costs, suppliers, and technical decisions effectively.

You are expected to hold a degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or an equivalent professional qualification, and demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Experience in OEM or design environments will be highly regarded.
