Team Leader Property Management

Principal Duties

Oversees the safeguarding and distribution of all medical and industrial equipment.

Manages the movement and relocation of medical and industrial assets, ensuring smooth operations.

Ensures all issued assets are accurately coded and logged with all relevant information.

Participates in preparing asset replacement forecasts for medical and industrial properties.

Provides management with regular reports on the status and background information of medical and industrial assets.

Conducts regular inspections to ensure the accuracy of records for all medical and industrial assets.

Coordinates the provision of assets to departments for special events, symposiums, conferences, and workshops.

Ensures that all borrowed assets are logged and returned in good condition.

Supervises and evaluates the performance of subordinate staff to ensure efficient asset management.

Monitors and ensures the effective implementation of asset control procedures within the team.

Preforms other job-related duties as required.
