Role Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our global team. Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will be accountable for building relationships and monetising the Fresha platform. This is a fast-paced role in a changing environment requiring autonomy, a proactive mindset, and the ability to impact the business. All Fresha employees work from the office five days per week to foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial Growth
  • Accountability for meeting key performance indicators on monetisation and revenue growth by proactively engaging with and educating our Partners on the value of the Fresha platform.
  • Conversion : Proactively introduce, educate and convert Partners to Fresha’s payments solution.
  • Optimise : Improve listing content and marketplace competitiveness to maximise conversions.
  • Relationship Building
  • Partnership : Maintain a pool of Partner accounts as a dedicated advisor for product adoption.
  • Guidance : Advise Partners on suitable product selections based on their needs.
  • Engagement : Build a strong Partner Experience through video meetings and clear communication of Fresha features and benefits.
  • Collaboration : Work with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition through the Partner journey.
  • Feedback : Provide product feedback to help enhance future releases.
  • Sales : Use consultative sales techniques to understand needs and upsell / cross-sell the Fresha Platform.

  • Partner Facing : Demonstrable experience delivering commercial outcomes from a Partner-facing role.
  • Commercially Motivated : Demonstrated ability to adapt and achieve targets.
  • Analytical : Experience using data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Initiative : Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and improve.
  • Outbound Sales : Experience in outbound calling or related sales role preferred.
  • Communication : Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Innovative : Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Relationship Building : Ability to interact with people across the business and influence upwards.
  • Team Player : Willing to support the team when required.
  • Adaptability : Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.

    Interview Process

  • Screen Call — Video call with Talent Team (30m).
  • Skills & Experience — Video interview with Hiring Manager (45m).
  • Presentation — Video interview with Hiring Team (75m).
