System Administrator Experience Required : 5-10 years Requirements : 10+ years of experience in system administration or a related field. Strong expertise in PowerShell for automation and scripting. Proven experience in managing software servers , including : Cluster configuration and management. User banking systems for account management. User behavior monitoring and analysis. Hands-on experience with message server backup solutions. Proficiency in SQL Server administration , including database maintenance and optimization. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in industries such as oil and gas, finance, or healthcare. Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools. Certification in system administration (e.g., MCSE, RHCE). Advanced degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Skills Key Responsibilities : Manage and maintain server infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Utilize PowerShell for automation, scripting, and system management tasks. Administer and optimize software servers , including specialized areas such as : Cluster configuration and management for high availability and failover. User banking systems for secure user account management. User behavior monitoring and analysis to enhance system security and performance. Implement and manage message server backup solutions to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery. Perform SQL Server administration , including database maintenance, performance tuning, and security management. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system upgrades and enhancements. Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and training.
