Operation Executive - KSA

As Operations Executive, this role will serve as a central point for supporting office administration, marketing coordination, and HR activities. It requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, capable of balancing operational tasks with cross‑team coordination. This is a hands‑on role involving daily execution, proactive problem‑solving, and effective communication across teams and external partners — ensuring smooth operations and supporting the company’s growth journey. The Operations Executive will also act as the right hand of the Regional MD and visit Senior Management, providing direct support in daily operations, coordination, and executive‑level assistance.

Key Responsibilities Office Administration & Coordination

Act as the main liaison between the office and other teams, including suppliers, service providers, and equipment vendors.

Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the office, ensuring all facilities, supplies, and processes are running smoothly.

Manage procurement requests, office supplies, and coordination of necessary resources.

Support internal processes by ensuring policies, workflows, and communication are effectively implemented.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely resolution of office and operational requirements.

Marketing Coordination

Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media postings and campaigns.

Assist with the execution of on‑the‑ground marketing activities, including events and promotional tasks.

Ensure timely availability of marketing collateral such as business cards, brochures, and branded merchandise.

Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and the marketing team to support consistent branding and communication.

HR Support

Managing government portals such as GOSI, ZATCA, MOL and others.

Coordinate candidate communications, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Support HR in preparing offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.

Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in onboarding new hires by coordinating training schedules, office setup, and required documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in office administration, coordination, or HR support roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Zoho, Slack, Trello, Asana).

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia without sponsorship.
