NMR Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Engineer to support our real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing materials and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction and real estate projects.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with the engineering, projects, and finance teams to ensure material specifications, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Track and manage materials delivery to ensure timely project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.5–7 years of experience as a Procurement Engineer, preferably in construction or real estate projects.Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and procurement processes.Excellent negotiation and vendor-management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Strong communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.Seniority Level
