Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering KSA national is a must CCGT Power Plant | IPP / PPP Projects experience 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in O&M of CCGT power plants 10+ years in senior management roles within power plant operations Strong expertise in LTSA / LTPA contracts, PPAs, and project agreements Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Overview
I am representing a client in the power and energy sector seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations of a large-scale Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant in Saudi Arabia. This is a senior role within a flagship IPP / PPP project.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full operations and maintenance of a CCGT power plant
- Lead staff mobilization, training, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder relations
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure safety, reliability, and profitability
- Report directly to the O&M Company Board of Directors
