Purchase Specialist

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for a Purchase Specialist. The Purchase Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement process, identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. The role also involves maintaining and updating procurement records, coordinating with various departments, and handling any procurement-related issues. The Purchase Specialist will work closely with the procurement team to achieve cost-efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Procurement and Contract Negotiation skills
• Experience in Supplier Management and Evaluation
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
