at Riyadh Development Company, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s data-driven performance culture. The position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and analytical reports that support strategic and operational decision-making across departments. You will ensure that data insights are accurate, timely, and aligned with corporate objectives, while promoting best practices in data governance and analytics. Overview

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Reporting : Develop, manage, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards that track performance across functions. Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads. Consolidate and validate data inputs from internal departments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Conduct basic trend and variance analyses to support planning, forecasting, and business reviews. Present data-driven insights to management through clear visual storytelling and structured reporting. Strategic Contribution

Support the alignment of corporate dashboards and KPI frameworks with the company’s strategic objectives. Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for business initiatives, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Contribute to the continuous enhancement of data analytics tools and methodologies to improve reporting precision and relevance. Uphold data governance principles, ensuring consistency, security, and compliance with corporate policies. Maintain standardized KPIs, data definitions, and reporting methodologies across business units. Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure data protection and reliable data flow. Performance Monitoring

Track corporate and departmental performance metrics, highlighting variances and root causes. Support management in preparing data reports for Executive, NRC, and Board presentations. Recommend performance improvement opportunities based on data insights. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

Serve as the focal point for Power BI usage and reporting within the company. Partner with internal stakeholders to tailor dashboards that address specific departmental needs. Provide first-line support and training to users on Power BI dashboards and data visualization best practices. Escalate complex data requests to the Head of Strategy and Business Development. Education & Experience

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (required). Experience : 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting, with at least 2 years in Power BI development. Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and DAX / SQL. Demonstrated experience building and maintaining dashboards and KPI reports for business functions. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and performance management processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Core Competencies
