What You'll Be Doing Achieve store-level sell-out targets. Build relationships with category managers at store level. Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert. Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of Experts to meet targets. Maintain records of sales results and team activities. Improve individual Expert performance and skills. Ensure appropriate stock levels in stores. Foster a positive, results-focused team environment. Address performance issues promptly. Ensure excellent customer service delivery.
