Fitness Center We’re hiring a Sales Membership role!

We are looking for someone to handle Sales & Retention , reporting to the Studio Manager. The focus is on converting leads into members and keeping current members engaged.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up on leads from social media campaigns to convert them into trials.
• Support the full onboarding journey : intro messages, welcome calls, trial follow-ups, and membership conversion.
• Reach out to expired, paused, or dropped-off members to reactivate them.
• Keep records updated on CRM / MBO and provide clear communication on membership details.
• Join weekly team meetings to stay aligned with programs and market updates.
