As a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. What You'll Do : Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage on-site resources and materials. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues. Maintain accurate records and reports. What We're Looking For : A diploma or relevant certification in construction. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Foreman in construction. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
