Account Manager

for the following needs :

Responsibilities

Review and refine client briefs to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective direction before sharing internally.

Manage project timelines, updates, and coordination between teams to ensure smooth workflow and on‑time delivery.

Conduct regular meetings with team members and managers to track progress and address challenges.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as the main point of contact for campaigns and strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop strategies, KPIs, and communication plans that align with client goals.

Supervise campaign execution, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Provide clients with strategic advice, insights, and creative solutions to enhance performance and satisfaction.

Oversee content creation, visuals, and messaging to maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Manage third‑party collaborations (e.g., influencers, photo / video shoots) and ensure proper execution.

Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Stay updated with marketing trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Manage social media content and planning.

Manage social media platforms from scheduling, posting, content engagement, and others.

Support business development activities such as proposals, presentations, and pitches.

Help manage Sudace’s digital presence, including social media, website, and SEO activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.

3‑5 years of marketing agency experience.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
