Director of Business Development

Construction and Trading Company is an ambitious and rapidly growing regional general contractor specializing in

building construction, fit-out, and MEP

works across the Kingdom. With a vision to be among the

Top 10 prime contractors in Saudi Arabia , we are seeking a

Business Development Director

with deep relationships and proven success in winning projects with

Public Investment Fund (PIF) . The Business Development Director will be responsible for

driving growth, building strategic client relationships, and securing new projects

with a particular focus on PIF subsidiaries active in giga-projects, urban development, cultural and hospitality assets, and other landmark building projects.

Responsibilities

Manage strategy and operations for marketing and customer relations activities

Manage sales functions of the business

Provide feedback to company leadership on sales related topics

Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction, Business, or related field

Minimum

15 years of experience

in business development within the Saudi construction sector.

Proven track record of

winning building projects with PIF subsidiaries

(Diriyah, Qiddiya, SEVEN, etc.).

Strong network with consultants, program managers, and government entities in the KSA construction ecosystem.

Excellent commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills.

Deep understanding of tendering processes, prequalification requirements, and mega-project procurement in Saudi Arabia.

Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
