Manage and control the Quality Management System aligned with the requirements of AS9100, AS9110, and AS9120.Manage and oversee the Quality Assurance function and manage the Quality / Business systems in compliance with FAA / GACA regulations.Support aerospace system requirements.Lead efforts to establish and monitor customer / supplier relations, support strategic planning and deployment initiatives, and develop measurement systems for organizational improvement.Serve as the lead auditor for the organization’s 1st and 2nd party audits.Qualification
- At least 2 years of experience managing a quality department, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Lead Auditor certification in AS9100D, AS9110C, or AS9001 : 2015 standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications : Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, speaking and writing.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills.
- Self-organized and capable of coordinating activities across the organization.
- Ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships.
- Experience in Lean management.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, both internal and external.
Experience and Competencies
- Ability to develop budgeting and forecasting models supporting reliable financial goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of policies, procedures, and work methods.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Validate quality processes by establishing service specifications and quality attributes, measuring service provision, and documenting evidence.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through proactive visits and correspondence; respond promptly to complaints.
- Work proactively with customers and employees to anticipate and resolve issues before they occur.
- Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing to strategic plans, preparing action plans, and implementing standards and improvements.
- Assist the Head of Quality Assurance in meeting financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances.
- Develop quality assurance plans to enhance repeatability and reduce Cost of Non-Conformance via risk assessments and preventive measures, utilizing tools like A3, 8D, and QOS.
- Maintain and improve product quality through Continual Improvement frameworks and problem-solving.
- Conduct audits, investigate customer complaints using RCA methodology, and collaborate on new service procedures and training.
- Prepare quality reports by analyzing trends, failed processes, warranty complaints, and corrective actions.
- Stay updated on quality management trends through education, publications, and professional networks.
- Enhance the department and organization’s reputation by taking ownership of new requests and exploring value-added opportunities.
