Software Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Lead the planning, scheduling, and implementation of multiple projects across the assigned area.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Ensure projects are executed according to approved plans and standards.
• Team Leadership & Coordination
• Supervise project managers, site engineers, and on-ground teams.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (operations, procurement, finance, and technical teams).
• Budget & Cost Management
• Prepare and monitor project budgets.
• Track expenditures and ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Approve procurement requests and manage vendor contracts.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance
• Ensure all project activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and relevant laws.
• Conduct regular site visits and quality audits.
• Manage risk assessments and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Client & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the area.
• Maintain strong communication to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
• Prepare progress reports and present status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track KPIs such as progress, cost variance, schedule adherence, and resource utilization.
• Provide weekly and monthly project dashboards and status reports.
• Escalate issues that may impact project delivery.
• Problem Resolution & Continuous Improvement
• Identify risks and challenges early and implement mitigation plans.
• Promote best practices and process improvements across all projects.
• Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied.
