Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related). Master’s preferred Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering experience in EPC projects, including at least 5 years in a leadership / managerial role Proven track record of delivering projects with Saudi Aramco or similar clients Experience in brownfield and greenfield projects, pipelines, and process facilities
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-discipline engineering execution for all project phases (FEED, detailed design, construction support).
- Review and approve engineering deliverables (drawings, datasheets, material take-offs, technical queries, as-built documentation).
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco engineering standards, codes, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with procurement to develop technical evaluations and vendor pre-qualifications.
- Provide engineering support during construction, including site clarifications, design modifications, and interface resolutions.
- Manage and mitigate risks related to engineering deliverables and schedule impacts.
- Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and design optimization.
- Ensure alignment of engineering scope with contract requirements and project budget.
- Mentor and develop engineering staff, ensuring knowledge transfer and compliance with company policies.
- Represent the engineering function in project meetings, client reviews, and audits.
