Merchandise Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandise Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all merchandising activities across a wide range of products. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage and align the efforts of the product & design , marketing , and warehouse / factory teams, while also taking full ownership of the online store's operations and performance .

The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical, creative, and operational expertise to support product development, optimize inventory, increase sales, and elevate brand presence across digital and physical channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement merchandise strategies to support sales goals, seasonal trends, and market opportunities.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including assortment planning, pricing, and promotional planning.
• Monitor product performance, sell-through rates, and inventory levels to make data-driven decisions.
