Key accountabilities and decision ownership : Install, Configure, test, and maintain Windows systems and system management tools Implement and configure Radius and integration with Domain and Network devices Configure Windows Backup, imaging, and Veeam Backup Configure HP, Dell, Nutanix Hardware servers Implement and manage VMware, Nutanix AOS and Managing the vCenter and Nutanix Prism Central Patch windows and Linux servers and ensure the installation of firmware patches and updates to all systems and software are performed in a timely manner Configure advanced settings on Domain Controller (Cross Forest-Trusts, etc...) Implement Active Directory Federation services AD-FS and integration with Cloud Infra (OCI, etc…) and RODC. Implement and configuring Remote Desktop service (RD broker, RD Gateway, and RD web services) Lead capacity planning to ensure sufficient resources to meet business requirements. Evaluate and recommend new technologies. Operate Docker / Containers. Install, configure, and maintain Antivirus (TrendMicro). Implement all security measures commensurate according to PCI-DSS policies and directives and hardening of new systems. Provide local and remote Tier 3 Systems support including independent advanced troubleshooting and resolution documentation. Configure of Virtualization like VMware, Nutanix and Cloud Infra like Azure, AWS, OCI Coordinate and interface with external vendors, as necessary. Coordinate technically with the Application and systems vendor for any new change required and new change in Server configurations. Perform disaster recovery operations and record backups regularly. Monitor all system performance to decide if changes must be made. Maintain the asset inventory sheet and Support & licenses services renewal. Follow the right Escalation of any critical issue. The work is office-based, although may need to work across different DC sites Follow the PCI rules and requirements. On-Call and Support L1 / L2 Engineer as per the On-Call rotation including holidays and weekends Must have technical / professional qualifications : Minimum 8 years of systems administration / engineering experience in Cloud / Virtualization / Managed Service Provider environment. Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or equivalent. MCSE or MCITP certification required. Nutanix (NCP) or VMware (VCP) certification required. Excellent knowledge of PCI compliance – is a must. Azure or AWS or OCI Solution architect is preferred. Strong experience with Active directory. Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies like OCI, AWS, Azure, VMware and Nutanix. Demonstrable experience in implementing and maintaining open-source systems and monitoring tools include (CACTI, Grafana, PRTG, etc.) Ability to create and adapt processes and procedures.
