Role Overview

The role holder is responsible for customer follow‑ups, ensuring timely collection of dues, using company policies and systems. The role holder manages a designated portfolio, monthly targets, risks & reversals, and updates all customers monthly on the designated AR system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides management information and insights on all dimensions of work area performance to facilitate discussion and decision making, both on a periodic basis and for ad‑hoc requests.
• Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Communicates with customers to follow up overdue using all available methodologies (calls, e‑mails & visits).
• Reconciles accounts, understands customer disputes, and communicates internally with stakeholders to facilitate resolution.
• Updates the AR system for all customers in the handled portfolio with the actions taken per each follow‑up.
• Submits invoices to customers whenever required, ensuring required documentation is attached.
• Sends dunning letters to customers as per company credit policy.
• Has good Excel skills, with the ability to prepare required reports regarding the handled portfolio.
• Organizes follow‑up activities in a manner that supports target achievement and continuous improvement.
