Job Overview We are recruiting an Assessment Coordinator to join the team at King’s College Riyadh Sedra to support the school’s admissions process ahead of its full opening in 2027. This role plays a key part in welcoming new families, conducting engaging assessments for children, and ensuring that every child and parent experiences the warmth, professionalism, and community spirit that define King’s College.
What You’ll Do
Conduct engaging, play‑based assessments for EYFS applicants and paper‑based assessments for applicants in upper primary and senior year groups.
Support the delivery of CAT4 assessments for upper primary and senior school applicants, ensuring a calm and organised testing environment.
Coordinate assessment timetables, resources, and logistics in collaboration with the Admissions and Academic teams.
Accurately record and share assessment outcomes and recommendations.
Liaise with the Inclusion Department regarding any students who may require additional assessment or support.
Welcome families and ensure each assessment experience reflects the school’s ethos and values.
Support group assessment days and admissions events as required.
What We’re Looking For
A warm, approachable communicator who connects naturally with children and families.
Organised and detail‑oriented, with a professional approach.
Familiarity with tools such as CAT4, phonics, or reading assessments.
Qualification in Education, Early Years, or a related field is essential.
Arabic language skills are desirable.
Experience in Inclusion / SEND is desirable.
