Supply Chain Manager

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established retail group in Saudi Arabia looking to hire a Supply Chain Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing the full supply chain cycle — from procurement and inventory management to warehousing and distribution — with a focus on reducing costs, improving service levels, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Forecast and manage demand planning, inventory levels, and procurement strategies to ensure product availability while minimizing excess and waste.

Oversee warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution networks to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like operations, finance, and marketing to align supply chain initiatives with overall business goals.

Build strong vendor relationships, negotiating terms and ensuring supplier performance meets quality and delivery standards.

Drive process improvements and implement supply chain technologies to enhance efficiency, visibility, and reporting capabilities.

Stay informed on regulatory changes and environmental standards, integrating them into supply chain practices as needed.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience : Minimum 8 years in supply chain or logistics roles, ideally within the retail or FMCG sector.

Solid understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, and procurement.

Proficient in ERP systems and inventory management tools.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
