Responsibilities
Lead Tender Management :
Oversee and manage all aspects of tender preparation for SEC and other major clients in the Kingdom. Team Leadership :
Organize and supervise a multi-disciplinary tender team, define work plans, establish a liability matrix, and ensure efficient coordination and performance. Bid Preparation :
Assemble, evaluate, and finalize complete technical and commercial bid documents, ensuring full accuracy and comprehensive cost coverage including all project risks. Cost Modelling :
Develop and maintain standardized bid cost models for project estimation and reporting. Coordination with Management :
Present final tender reports and bid recommendations to company executives for approval and submission. Post-Bid Process :
Lead post-bid clarifications, negotiations, and contract handover to the execution team after award. Performance Target :
Manage and supervise at least six (6) tenders concurrently, ensuring competitiveness and timely submission. Commitment :
Demonstrate strong leadership and initiative to mobilize resources, motivate the team, and achieve successful tender outcomes. Qualifications & Requirements
Experience : Minimum
10 years of experience
in tendering for
SEC projects
(380kV BSP, substations, OHTL, and underground cables of all voltages) in Saudi Arabia. Experience :
Minimum
5 years of experience
as a
Tender Manager
leading similar SEC project bids. Education :
Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering ,
Electro-Mechanical Engineering , or other related disciplines. Language Skills :
Fluent in
English and Arabic , both written and spoken. Professional Traits :
Hardworking, detail-oriented, goal-driven, and a strong team player with leadership and coordination capabilities. Technical Skills : Highly skilled in
tender preparation, cost assembly, and quantity surveying . Capable of independently organizing
technical and commercial bid submissions
for SEC projects. Preferred
Tendering experience with
Aramco, SWCC, Royal Commission, NEOM , or other major clients in KSA. Previous experience in
electricity project bidding across GCC countries
is a strong advantage.
