Proposal engineer (Tagalog Speaker)

The Proposal / Bid Engineer is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of bid submissions, including technical and commercial proposals. This includes reviewing RFPs, coordinating with internal departments, preparing execution methodologies, schedules, and documentation in compliance with client requirements and deadlines. The role plays a key part in increasing win rates through well-prepared and persuasive submissions.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities :

• Analyze RFP / RFQ documents and understand client requirements.
• Develop bid submission plans and monitor key milestone deadlines.
• Coordinate with estimation, technical, finance, and legal departments for proposal

inputs.
