Job Summary :

In this role, you will provide sales-related Contract Services to all Business Units in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) World Area, with minimal levels of supervision.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Reviews, drafts and negotiates agreements and transaction documents in compliance with applicable policies and legal and ethical standards, with minimal supervision by more senior Contract Services staff, including in :
• Responding, within established guidelines, to customers, vendor qualification documents, and contractual requests.
• Drafting and negotiating with customers, appropriate contractual language to reflect the business interests and policies of the parties.
• Takes the Contracts Lead role on less complex international and multi-business project contracts.
• Less complex frame agreements.
• Takes the Contracts Lead role (including the Global Contracts Lead role on accounts) on more complex projects and frames agreements as experience develops.
• Interfaces with customers, members of the legal team and other Emerson stakeholders to bring deals to closure.
• Analyses business, financial, and legal risks.
• Research information on existing agreements and contractual programs, assisting with analysis and compiling data for reports.
• Provides contract-related guidance to Sales, Project Management and other stakeholders.
• Participates in the approval process to assist business owners in making informed decisions and secure appropriate approvals.
