About the Role

Are you experienced at handling visas, work permits, and licenses?

You’ll be the go‑to person for all things government‑related, making sure our paperwork is in order and new employees feel welcome and ready to start.

This role is key in assisting with the successful onboarding of new hires by educating staff on essential government systems, cultural expectations, and integration into our work environment.

You will be a focal point in the onboarding and joining processes, as well as demonstrate our unique Hafawa experience.

Critically, yours is the responsibility for executing various official transactions and officially representing Riyadh Air to Saudi Government bodies and foreign embassies for timely and accurate processing of permits, licenses, visas, official letter attestations, etc.

You will be expected to keep updated with data for obtained visas, permits, licenses, and registrations such as registration numbers, expiry dates and other crucial information to be communicated to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 5 years of sound experience in Government Relations, with at least 2 years at a supervisory level.
