Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. Ensure compliance with lifting plans, safety procedures, and industry regulations. Conduct pre-lift safety checks and risk assessments. Inspect and verify lifting equipment, slings, shackles, and rigging gear before use. Coordinate with Crane Operators, Riggers, and Engineers for seamless lifting execution. Monitor and enforce adherence to permit-to-work systems and lifting procedures. Provide guidance and training to rigging teams on safe lifting practices. Report any incidents, near misses, or equipment malfunctions to management. Maintain proper documentation of lifting activities and equipment inspections. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in lifting operations within construction projects. Experience in stadium construction or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred. Knowledge of heavy lifting operations with mobile and tower cranes is preferred. Certification in Lifting Supervision, Rigging, or Crane Operations (e.g., LOLER, OPITO, or equivalent). Strong understanding of lifting plans, crane configurations, and load calculations. Familiarity with international safety standards (OSHA, LOLER, BS 7121, ASME B30). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple lifting operations efficiently. Good leadership and communication skills. Additional Information
