Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with lifting plans, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
• Conduct pre-lift safety checks and risk assessments.
• Inspect and verify lifting equipment, slings, shackles, and rigging gear before use.
• Coordinate with Crane Operators, Riggers, and Engineers for seamless lifting execution.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to permit-to-work systems and lifting procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to rigging teams on safe lifting practices.
• Report any incidents, near misses, or equipment malfunctions to management.
• Maintain proper documentation of lifting activities and equipment inspections.
