Work Location : Rotation in Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed as per project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high construction standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on site activities, progress, and challenges.
• Resolve technical issues and provide recommendations for construction improvements.
• Oversee material procurement and ensure timely availability of resources.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to minimize workplace hazards.
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and project planning.
