Work Location : Dammam (Project Sites), Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

Supervise mechanical infrastructure works at construction sites.

Ensure all mechanical systems and installations comply with project specifications and timelines.

Coordinate tasks and manage site operations based on project plans and priorities.

Address and resolve technical issues in mechanical systems and suggest improvements.

Plan and manage resources, tools, and equipment related to mechanical infrastructure.

Enforce safety and health standards on-site.

Monitor and implement quality control procedures specific to mechanical works.

Inspect mechanical installations and systems for compliance with project standards.

Collaborate with other engineering disciplines for seamless site execution.

Maintain inventory and usage records of mechanical materials and equipment.

Provide daily / weekly progress reports to senior engineers and project management.

Troubleshoot site issues and resolve emergency situations promptly.

Assist in budgeting and reporting for mechanical aspects of the project.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7 years of experience as a as a Mechanical Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, HVAC, and infrastructure design.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and handle pressure.
• Willingness to relocate or travel to different project sites within the Kingdom.
