Job Title : Measurement and Evaluation section manager

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Analyze the results of semester and final course exams and provide statistical indicators on the quality of the tests, which can guide the evaluation of the appropriateness of the questions used to measure students’ academic performance.
• Build and develop measurement and evaluation methods for academic programs.
• Prepare and develop action plans to implement measurement and evaluation systems and strategies.
• Research international standardized tests and incorporate them into the company’s standardized assessments.
• Diagnose the educational process and identify current problems as well as potential future obstacles.
• Prepare a measurement plan for student skills and competencies across all grades and educational stages.
• Define the skills and competencies for scientific subjects at all educational stages and supervise the design of standardized tests.
• Supervise the administration of standardized tests and address any issues that arise during their implementation.
• Supervise the analysis of standardized test results and identify the skills and competencies that need development and improvement and propose recommendations to address these gaps.
• Present the results of standardized tests to educational complexes and collaborate with them to develop necessary remedial plans.
• Monitor updates to educational curricula for all grades and define standardized tests accordingly.
• Create committees to develop question banks for standardized tests and supervise their work.
• Supervise the analysis of student performance in the company’s schools on global standardized tests and develop remedial plans to improve their outcomes.
• Communicate with national measurement agencies to determine standardized tests based on their established targets.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

تحليل نتائج اختبارات المقررات الدراسية الفصلية والنهائية وتقديم بعض المؤشرات الإحصائية لجودة الاختبار يمكن أن يستنير بها في تقويم مدى ملائمة الأسئلة التي يستخدمها لقياس تحصيل الطلاب الأكاديمي

بناء وتطوير أساليب القياس والتقويم للبرامج الأكاديمية

اعداد وتطوير ا لخطط التنفيذية لتطبيق نظم واستراتيجيات القياس والتقويم

البحث عن الاختبارات العالمية القياسية وادخالها في الاختبارات القياسية للشركة .

تشخيص العملية التعليمية واكتشاف ما تعانيه من مشكلات آنية وما قد يعتريها من عوائق مستقبلية

اعداد خطة القياس بمهارات وكفايات الطلبة لجميع الصفوف والمراحل  التعليمية

تحديد المهارات والكفايات للمواد العلمية لجميع المراحل التعليمية والاشراف على تصميم الاختبارات القياسية

الاشراف على اخذ الاختبارا ت القياسية ومعالجة أي ثغرات اثناء عقدها

الاشراف على تحليل الاختبارات القياسية وتحديد المهارات والكفايات التي بحاجة الى تطوير وتحسين ووضع المقترحات والتوصيات التي من شانها معالجة هذه الثغرات

عرض نتائج الاختبارات القياسية على المجمعات التعليمية والاتفاق معهم على الخطط العلاجية اللازمة

متابعة التحديثات على المناهج التعليمية لجميع الصفوف وتحديد الاختبارات القياسية بناء عليها

تشكيل لجان اعداد بنوك اأسئلة الاختبارات القياسية والاشراف عليها

الاشراف على تحليل نتائج طلبة مدارس الشركة في الاختبارات القياسية العالمية  ووضع الخطط العلاجية اللازمة لتحسين مخرجاتهم

التواصل مع جهات القياس الوطنية وتحديد الاختبارات القياسية بناء على المستهدفات المعتمدة لديهم

جميع ما يكلف به من قبل مديره المباشر

متطلبات شاغر الوظيفة :

المؤهلات والخبرات :

شهادة  البكالوريوس إدارة اعمال ، تخطيط استراتيجي

شهادة الماجستير إدارة اعمال او ادارة الجودة

خبرة في نفس المجال لمدة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات

المهارات  والمعرفة : التخطيط والتنظيم
