Monitor local and regional real estate trends to maintain up-to-date market intelligence and support business development initiatives. Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with clients. Act as a first point of contact for new clients and support early adoption of the product. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 3–6 years of experience in real estate consulting or development advisory—preferably within a top-tier firm. Proven expertise in Highest and Best Use (HBU) studies and Supply & Demand market assessments. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel / ARGUS / EstateMaster experience preferred). Familiarity with local regulations, planning frameworks, and Saudi market dynamics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). RICS, or CFA qualifications (or in progress) are highly desirable. What We Offer
Opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the Kingdom. Exposure to strategic advisory mandates with leading government and private clients. A collaborative environment that values growth, innovation, and professional development.
