Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate company dedicated to creating world-class entertainment and leisure destinations in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team as Director - Entertainment Strategy.
As the Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our entertainment offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of groundbreaking entertainment projects and make a significant impact in the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Executive Director of Entertainment Strategy in the development and execution of the overarching entertainment asset class strategy to ensure achievement of portfolio and assets' ambition, vision, and objectives.
- Oversee design (pre-concept and concept) and early development stage of new entertainment assets to ensure alignment with Qiddiya’s entertainment offering and financial targets.
- Lead research and delivery of new entertainment concepts to be integrated in Qiddiya’s entertainment strategy; understand value proposition, prepare high-level feasibility assessment and high-level implementation roadmap.
- Manage contracted consultants, IP licensors, and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations provided are in line with the overall vision, objectives, and business expectations.
- Develop and lead analysis and research on entertainment asset benchmarks (theme parks, family entertainment centers, etc.) and / or strategic topics to support robust and sound decision making.
- Develop initial go-live strategies (operating model, pricing, sales and marketing, manpower planning, etc.) and provide implementation support to other functions within Qiddiya.
- Prepare and present materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, approvals, and adequate presentation of design and other content related.
- Establish and monitor key assets’ KPIs covering development, business, financial, and operational plans to ensure proper evaluation of process, content, and contracted consultants.
Minimum Requirements :
