Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate company dedicated to creating world-class entertainment and leisure destinations in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team as Manager - Entertainment Strategy.

As the Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our entertainment offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of groundbreaking entertainment projects and make a significant impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Director of Entertainment Strategy in executing overarching entertainment asset class strategies to achieve portfolio and assets' ambitions, vision, and objectives.
• Contribute to the design (pre-concept and concept) and early development stages of new entertainment assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offerings and financial targets.
• Develop project documentation for distribution, including but not limited to; Request for Proposals, Scope of Works, Strategy Briefs, various matrices, etc.
• Collaborate with consultants and third parties to ensure insights and recommendations align with the overall scope, engagement objectives, and business expectations.
• Lead analysis and research on theme park benchmarks and strategic topics to support sound decision-making.
• Provide input to initial go-live strategies (operating model, pricing, sales and marketing, manpower planning, etc.) and support implementation across functions.
• Prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear presentation of design and content related to entertainment assets.
• Prepare presentations and supporting materials for approvals from Qiddiya committees, senior management, and the board of directors.
• Monitor key assets' KPIs, covering development, business, financial, and operational plans.
