Overview Job Purpose : Interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the showroom sales process. Maintain strong relations with customers and achieve the sales target based on the company plan.
Key Accountability Areas Customer Interactions
Giving warm welcome and meeting customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and making presentations.
Build close and good relations with potential and existing customers and ensure proper follow up.
Showroom Sales
Showcasing showroom products to showroom customers.
Promoting new products for customer awareness.
Support in preparing quotations according to the customers’ needs and specifications.
Follow up with the customers till closing the deal.
Support in the process of payments from customers, carry out invoicing procedures and follow up delivery process.
Achieving the annual sales target.
Coordination and Communication
Interaction & coordination with internal departments like brand management, logistics, etc. wherever required.
Role Accountability HR Proficiency
Collaborate with teams to get the work effectively achieved.
Ensure effective communication with peers and managers, and show openness to directions and feedback.
Delivery
Execute the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
