ممثلو مبيعات الأسطول هم جزء أساسي من صناعة السيارات، حيث يعملون على تعزيز مبيعات المركبات التجارية من خلال بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء. يتطلب هذا الدور مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على فهم احتياجات العملاء. سيكون لديك الفرصة للعمل مع مجموعة متنوعة من العملاء، من الشركات الصغيرة إلى المؤسسات الكبيرة، مما يجعل هذا الدور مثيرًا وتحديًا في نفس الوقت.

المسؤوليات

تحديد وتطوير علاقات مع العملاء المحتملين في السوق المحلي.
تقديم العروض الترويجية والمعلومات حول المركبات التجارية المتاحة.
تقديم الدعم الفني والمشورة للعملاء حول خيارات التمويل والتأمين.
تتبع المبيعات وتحليل البيانات لتحديد الاتجاهات والفرص.
التنسيق مع فرق الدعم الفني لضمان تلبية احتياجات العملاء.
تقديم تقارير دورية عن الأداء والمبيعات للإدارة العليا.
المشاركة في المعارض والفعاليات التجارية لزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية.
تقديم التدريب والمشورة للعملاء حول استخدام وصيانة المركبات.
تطوير استراتيجيات تسويق فعالة لجذب عملاء جدد.
التفاوض على العقود والشروط مع العملاء لضمان رضاهم.

المرشحون المفضلون

خبرة سابقة في مبيعات السيارات أو المبيعات التجارية.

مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على بناء العلاقات.

قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية.

معرفة جيدة بالسوق المحلي واحتياجات العملاء.

مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت الممتازة.

قدرة على استخدام برامج إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).

رغبة في التعلم والتطور المهني.

قدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

التوجه نحو خدمة العملاء وحل المشكلات.
