Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Medina. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include evaluating market trends, identifying opportunities for sales growth, building relationships with clients, and reporting on sales performance. The role demands close coordination with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
• Experience in developing sales strategies and managing sales teams
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work on-site in Medina
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the FMCG industry
• Must have experience in Madinah
