For our office in Riyadh, we are looking for Project Director - Construction Management & Supervision - 100% (m / f) .

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of construction supervision on major projects from mobilization to handover.
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with contract documents, design drawings, and technical specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary supervision teams (civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and specialist engineers / inspectors).
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Monitor contractors' performance against schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Identify technical risks, propose solutions, and resolve site-related issues in coordination with design and client teams.
• Ensure strict implementation of QA / QC procedures and international construction standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Chair technical and progress meetings with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations to clients.
• Support contract administration, including claims evaluation, variation assessments, and change orders.
• Mentor and develop resident engineers, discipline leads, and inspectors to enhance team technical capability.
