Knowledge & Insights Analyst

Gather, analyze, and disseminate market insights, competitor intelligence, and industry trends to enhance R&D initiatives. Manage a centralized knowledge platform (the Insights Engine) to ensure stakeholders access relevant data. Enable evidence-based decision-making and strategic alignment with SANS's goals. Support innovation by identifying opportunities, addressing gaps, and driving continuous improvement within the set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.

Preferred experience :

• Expertise in market research, trend analysis, and forecasting, leveraging data collection, analysis, and visualization to generate clear, actionable insights.
• Experience in managing knowledge management systems, analyzing data, and providing strategic decision-making support through actionable intelligence.

Preferred Knowledge :

Designing and implementing knowledge-sharing frameworks, repositories, and tools within technical or aviation-focused organizations.
