Collaboration and Partnerships Analyst

Responsibilities

To drive the establishment and management of strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including academic institutions, industry leaders, and funding agencies. To enhance the R&D department’s capabilities by fostering partnerships that unlock resources, enable knowledge sharing, and facilitate innovation. By ensuring compliance with intellectual property (IP) and partnership agreements, this position will ensure the R&D department remains aligned with organizational goals and legal standards. Also supports the strategic planning and scalability of collaboration frameworks to maximize the value of joint initiatives and long-term partnerships within set KPI’s, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior years of experience in Research & Development
• Expertise in building and managing partnerships with external stakeholders, including research institutions, government agencies, and industry partners, ensuring strategic alignment, effective collaboration, and mutual benefits through negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster multidisciplinary collaboration, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive joint initiatives, with familiarity in Air Traffic Management being an advantage
