The Cybersecurity Manager at GlobeMed Saudi is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the company’s information security framework. This role involves identifying threats, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations to protect data confidentiality, integrity and availability.

The Cybersecurity Manager will lead the cybersecurity team, oversee daily security operations, and act as a key advisor to senior management on emerging threats and strategies for risk mitigation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• 1. Strategy, policy and architecture

Develop, implement and maintain GlobeMed Saudi’s cybersecurity strategy, policies, architecture, and risk management process.

Develop and mentor cybersecurity team members to deliver effective security solutions.

Oversee and coordinate cybersecurity activities across the organization, including SOC monitoring, threat detection, compliance monitoring, incident investigation, and threat intelligence gathering.

Provide proactive cybersecurity support to other functions, including information classifications and determining cybersecurity requirements for critical projects.

Define, implement, and maintain cybersecurity awareness programs.

Define, measure and report KRIs and KPIs related to cybersecurity strategy, policy compliance, standards, and specific programs.

Act as a member of the committee, raising security concerns, contributing to strategic decisions and risk discussions.
