Manuscript Restoration Technicians

to work on the preservation, repair, and restoration of valuable historical manuscripts. The candidate will handle delicate restoration processes to ensure the longevity and authenticity of rare documents while following professional conservation standards. Key Responsibilities

Examine and assess the condition of manuscripts and archival materials. Restore and repair damaged manuscripts using specialized techniques and materials. Clean, preserve, and stabilize documents to prevent further deterioration. Collaborate with historians, calligraphers, and archival specialists. Maintain accurate records of restoration processes and materials used. Follow international standards for conservation and cultural preservation. Ensure careful handling and storage of sensitive manuscripts. Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in manuscript restoration or document conservation. Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, materials, and preservation methods. Ability to work with delicate and fragile materials with precision. Familiarity with historical manuscripts and archival practices. High attention to detail and commitment to cultural preservation. Salary & Benefits

Salary : SAR 4,300 / month Additional benefits as per Saudi labor law.
