Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points and create technical solutions that ultimately deliver business results.
Externally, leverage technical expertise and business acumen to lead the enterprise client engagement lifecycle end-to-end, from pre‑sales solutioning to project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI / RFP, architecture design workshops, and POC delivery.
Internally, act as a trusted advisor to multiple product teams and articulate clear feature requests to shape the product roadmap in both the short‑ and long‑term, providing thought leadership, industry knowledge, and deep understanding across multiple cloud and ML products.
Work closely with product teams to close the PMF gaps and drive the roadmap of product development and iterations.
Maintain post‑sales solution support and drive upsell / cross‑sell in collaboration with Account Executives.

Qualifications

Earned a Bachelor’s degree with strong business acumen.

At least 5 years of related work experience in a similar or related field.

Experience in cloud computing and related technology ecosystems.

Strong regional experience across the Middle East and Africa (MEA).

Comfortable in a fast‑paced and ambiguous startup environment, with strong problem‑solving and resilience.

Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills through relevant past projects.

Good understanding of cloud‑native applications and big‑data technologies.

Computer science or engineering equivalent degrees preferred.

Industry experience with large enterprise clients in verticals such as ecommerce, retail, media, entertainment, gaming, or gambling.

Preferably held a role as solution architect or pre‑sales solution engineer in a B2B space, ideally in AI / ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud computing.

Preferably deep knowledge of public cloud and related use cases, including edge network (CDN), security (WAF, DDoS), video streaming, livestream solutions, RTC, VOD, and ML applications (recommendation, computer vision, NLP, generative AI).
