Senior Power BI Engineer

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dashboards and reports that drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development : Design and implement interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Data Modeling : Create efficient and scalable data models, relationships, and hierarchies in Power BI.
• ETL and Data Integration : Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
• Performance Optimization : Optimize reports and datasets for performance and scalability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the final deliverables meet business needs.
• Data Governance : Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Mentorship : Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to improve team capabilities.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve data and performance issues in Power BI.

Qualifications and Experience

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
