Role Splunk is looking to hire an expert Account Executive to focus on the Saudi Arabia Public Sector market. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly successful enterprise data‑management software business and to grow your career and earning potential.

Responsibilities

Deliver daring license sales, support, and service revenue targets consistently.

Focus on Public Sector accounts penetration in Saudi Arabia, conduct effective account planning and opportunity management.

Negotiate favourable pricing and business terms with large enterprises by selling value and return on investment.

Collaborate with partners and alliances in Saudi Arabia for maximum effectiveness.

Work closely with the sales engineering and in‑house teams at Splunk, as well as partner services resources.

Utilise the Splunk sales methodology and processes effectively.

Partner with international and domestic colleagues at Splunk to expand deal size and value to customers.

Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions, particularly product management and marketing data.

Requirements

8+ years of extensive enterprise‑software selling knowledge and experience with large public‑sector government accounts in Saudi Arabia.

Ability to grow and scale upwards with the company.

Strong charismatic executive presence and polished presentation skills.

Capability to make accurate forecasting commitments.

Outstanding management, social, written, and presentation skills.

Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, dynamic, and fun environment and open to being "disruptive".

Ability to work independently and remotely from other team members and corporate offices.

Relevant software industry experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and / or analytics.

Ability to articulate experience through previous use cases.

Extensive experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Good track record of success and knowledge with prospects and customers in the defined territory.
