المسمى الوظيفي : أخصائي موارد بشرية

القسم : المواردالبشرية

مطلوب أخصائي موارد بشرية. تشمل مسؤولياته إدارة بيانات الموظفين، أنظمةالموارد البشرية، ودعم عمليات التوظيف، بهدف ضمان بيئة عمل فعالة ومنظمة. يتطلب الدورمهارات تنظيمية عالية، ودقة في العمل، والقدرة على التعامل بسرية تامة مع المعلومات.

  • إدارةوتحديث بيانات الموظفين على برنامج الموارد البشرية الخاص بالشركة .
  • التنسيقوالمتابعة لجميع الأمور المتعلقة بالتأمين الطبي للموظفين .
  • التعاملمع جميع الخدمات والإجراءات المتعلقة بالتأمينات الاجتماعية (GOSI).
  • إنجازجميع الخدمات والإجراءات المطلوبة عبر منصة "مقيم ".
  • إدارةوتنفيذ جميع الخدمات والإجراءات المطلوبة عبر منصة "قوى ".
  • الاحتفاظبسجلات الموظفين بشكل دقيق وسري وتحديثها بانتظام، بما في ذلك الملفاتوالوثائق المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية .
  • المساعدةفي عملية التوظيف من خلال نشر الوظائف الشاغرة، وفحص السير الذاتية، وجدولةالمقابلات، وتنسيق أي اختبارات أو تقييمات ما قبل التوظيف .
  • تقديمالدعم الإداري في عمليات إعداد الموظفين الجدد، والتوجيه، وإجراءات إنهاءالخدمة .
  • متابعةسجلات حضور وانصراف الموظفين وإعداد التقارير اللازمة .
  • العملعلى إجراءات تصفية مستحقات نهاية الخدمة والإجازات بأنواعها المختلفة .
  • المشاركةفي إعداد مسيرات الرواتب وضمان دقتها وفي الوقت المحدد .
  • التعاملمع إجراءات إصدار وتجديد بطاقات الشركة السعودية للكهرباء للموظفين .
  • تقديمالدعم العام لفريق الموارد البشرية حسب الحاجة .

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة :

  • المؤهل العلمي دبلوم كحد أدنى.
  • خبرةلا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المواردالبشرية .
  • معرفةجيدة بقوانين العمل والأنظمة المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية في المملكة العربيةالسعودية .
  • إجادةاستخدام الحاسوب وبرامج Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, Outlook).
  • مهاراتتواصل ممتازة (شفوية وكتابية) باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
