Overview
Senior Analyst - Strategic Consulting (KSA). We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic-minded Senior Analyst to join our Strategic Consulting team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role will support senior consultants in delivering high-impact strategic advisory services to clients across various commercial real estate sectors, with a focus on market analysis, investment strategy, and business planning within the Saudi market context.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis & Research
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis of Saudi Arabia's commercial real estate sectors
- Develop financial models and feasibility studies for major real estate developments and investments
- Analyze market trends, demographic shifts, and economic indicators impacting CRE markets
- Prepare detailed sector reports covering office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and residential markets
Client Support & Advisory
Support senior team members in client engagements and strategic consulting projectsAssist in developing strategic recommendations for portfolio optimization and market entry strategiesPrepare client presentations and reports with actionable insights and recommendationsParticipate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussionsMarket Intelligence & Insights
Monitor and analyze Vision 2030 initiatives and their impact on real estate marketsTrack major development projects, government policies, and regulatory changesMaintain databases of market data, transaction information, and competitive intelligenceCollaborate with research teams to ensure data accuracy and market insightsProject Management
Manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously while meeting tight deadlinesCoordinate with cross-functional teams including research, valuation, and transaction servicesEnsure quality control and accuracy of all analytical outputs and deliverablesRequired Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related fieldMaster's degree (MBA, MSc) preferred3-5 years of experience in consulting, real estate, investment banking, or related analytical rolePrevious experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets strongly preferredTechnical Skills
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ExcelExperience with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, or similar)Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating compelling presentationsKnowledge of real estate valuation methodologies and investment analysisFamiliarity with market research databases and sourcesCore Competencies
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills advantageousAbility to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insightsStrong project management and organizational skillsCultural awareness and understanding of Saudi business environmentPreferred Qualifications
Professional certification (CFA, RICS, CCIM) preferredExperience with Vision 2030 related projects or government initiativesKnowledge of Islamic finance principles and structuresPrevious consulting experience with Big 4 or tier-1 consulting firmsExperience in emerging markets or high-growth economiesWhat We Offer
