Aeronautical Development Senior Analyst

Support the growth and operational excellence of the airport by managing and optimizing aeronautical operations, conducting market research, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating infrastructure utilization, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Implement innovative solutions and aligning operations with the airport’s strategic objectives.

• Position Accountability Description

Operational Excellence

• Support the development and implementation of plans by collecting and analyzing data on potential new airline partners and route opportunities, ensuring alignment with the airport's growth objectives.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure all aeronautical development projects comply with aviation regulatory requirements and standards, maintaining the highest levels of safety and operational integrity.
• Coordinate the utilization of airport infrastructure and facilities, managing schedules and resources to accommodate new airline services and increased air traffic.
• Facilitate the integration of new airline services and routes into the airport's existing operations by preparing operational plans and coordinating with relevant departments to minimize disruptions.
• Draft detailed business cases and proposals for new aeronautical projects and initiatives, compiling necessary data and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement advanced technology and innovative solutions in aeronautical operations, such as real-time data tracking systems and automated service enhancements, to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare Budget forecast and other forecast as required by Aeronautical Development Senior Management on a timely manner to support senior management’s decision making.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze passenger and airline data, creating detailed reports to inform strategic planning and decision-making, and identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports, market analyses, and logistical plans for negotiations with airline representatives to establish new routes and enhance existing services.
• Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for aeronautical development initiatives, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and meet specified objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including airlines, regulatory bodies, and industry partners, by providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Align all aeronautical development activities with the airport's overall strategic goals and objectives, working closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated efforts.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and implement detailed policies and procedures related to aeronautical operations, ensuring consistency and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate risk management processes for aeronautical development projects, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
