Our client is seeking an Execution Manager - Commercial & residential projects located in Saudi Arabia. Industry Required : Job Responsibilities : Project Scoping & Planning :

Define project scope, manage project planning, and ensure construction process control is aligned with overall project goals. Project Management & Reporting :

Oversee project execution, ensure timely completion, report on progress, and implement corrective actions as needed. Quality Assurance :

Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, including managing automated testing and regular inspections. Team Leadership & Coordination :

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, providing leadership to ensure that project milestones are met. Liaise with senior leaders for project alignment. Stakeholder Management :

Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution. Risk Management :

Identify potential risks during project execution and take proactive steps to mitigate them. Direct Reporting :

Report directly to the Development Manager and Department Director on project status, challenges, and progress. 8-10 years of experience in construction or execution management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in construction planning, quality control, and managing complex projects in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience in reporting progress and ensuring adherence to project timelines. Previous experience in managing distinguished projects within the Gulf region is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes. Ability to navigate complex challenges and resolve issues effectively.
