Overview

Dor, a leading Saudi real estate builder and developer, is seeking a visionary Principal Architect to lead and shape the architectural direction of our landmark projects in Riyadh.

This is a senior leadership role for an accomplished architect who can transform bold concepts into iconic, buildable realities while ensuring innovation, quality, and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural concept and development of large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Define and safeguard Dor’s architectural standards and vision.
• Oversee master planning, exterior and interior architecture, and public realm integration.
• Review and approve architectural outputs, ensuring compliance with codes, sustainability, and client expectations.
• Mentor and guide project teams, elevating architectural quality across all projects.
• Represent Dor in high-level discussions with clients, partners, and consultants.
• Stay ahead of architectural innovations, materials, and technologies.
